You will assess incoming data, make a decision on the most appropriate priority level and action in accordance with that level. You will decide the most appropriate method of service delivery based on the priority and considering all options allocate the work within the allotted timeframe. To assist the Operations Manager and to work alongside the Senior Works Planner and Works Planner in ensuring all operations are carried out quickly and efficiently.
Coordinating building maintenance operatives, sub-contractors, client departments and building managers to ensure resourcing and activities are in place to meet and deliver agreed work programmes, thus ensuring all KPIs are achieved. Communicating progress to customers.
You will have a high standard of customer services and the ability to use IT systems, along with the ability to work on our own initiative.
