This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Ridgemoor in Leominster. You will really be able to make a difference to the people you support.
Ridgemoor comprises of two wheelchair accessible bungalows in a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential area.
You will be providing care and support, individually tailored to the needs and wishes of people with learning disabilities. Through getting to know the people you support, you will identify and work with them to achieve their goals, enabling them to have choice and control over their lives.

You will also be expected to carry out everyday tasks including support and encouragement with personal care as well as taking part in a range of interests and activities that make up a healthy, well balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.
This role will involve working as part of a team and will require flexibility in working hours, to include evenings and weekends.
Pending confirmed legislation, anyone working in a CQC-registered care home in England for residents requiring nursing or personal care must have 2 doses of a COVID-19 vaccine unless they have a medical exemption.
