Salary - £36,184 to £45,947 Band F

About the Services – Hoople have been supporting Herefordshire Council deliver care services to the people of Herefordshire since 2017, we have steadily grown over this period and now incorporate three service areas.
An overview of the services we support for Herefordshire Council.
• Residential and Respite Services – Two locations in Herefordshire that support individuals with learning disabilities, some with complex needs.
• Reablement – A Herefordshire Council ran service that aims to provide support to people in their own homes to maximise opportunities for independence.
• Hillside Care Home – A Herefordshire Council ran service with a mix of D2A and Elderly residential care.
Type of person required – We are looking for someone to join our Senior Management Team supported by our Executive Management Team to develop new care strategies and ways of working to improve the care we provide.
The ideal candidate will be currently working at an operational capacity as a Registered Manager that may manage a range of services or an Area/Operational Manager looking for their next career move. We have an exciting time ahead developing new care systems, digital care platforms and supporting the services and the team developments.
You will have a solid understanding of all legislation and requirements needed including a working relationship with CQC.
Experience and qualifications – We are looking for someone who has had a similar role and holds a Level 5 in Health and Social care or equivalent
