We are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking and conscientious people to work in a busy environment, providing an essential and valuable service to the Safeguarding & Family Support Directorate.
Our business support team provides a range of specialist services providing high quality and timely support to social care practitioners.
Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, along with a high level of written and oral communication skills. You will have experience of working with highly confidential information in a customer-focused environment and have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
We are looking for candidates who:
• Have high level administrative and analytical skills
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build key relationships
• Are confident, organised and able to implement a proactive approach to their work
• Have excellent IT skills and are proficient in using Microsoft Officer
We are currently looking for staff with either minute taking or telephone experience to join existing teams focusing on these key areas.
This is an ongoing temporary position with the possibility of a further extension at the discretion of the business requirements
