We are recruiting for a Locum Commercial Property Lawyer to join a local authority based in the West Midlands. Initially, the role will be for 3-6 months however there is possibility for this to be extended.
We are seeking a Locum Commercial Property Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years pqe. You will be required to work in the office at least 4 days a week, able to manage your own caseload of commercial property matters and will provide high quality advice and support to the council’s officers. We will need someone who can hit the ground running, has experience of working closely with a range of teams across the Council and the following experience:
• Sales and purchases
• Leases and licences
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Easements and wayleaves
