Have you recently qualified as a social worker or are you in your final year of your social work qualification (Degree in Social Work/Masters in Social Work)?

If you are successful in your application, you will be allocated a practice educator who will support you through the ASYE programme. In addition you will receive the support of your team manager and colleagues.
We will invest in your development and success and we will provide the support and training to help you build on your existing skills and knowledge. This includes access to an Individual Learning Account for you to spend on your development in addition to our continuous professional development programme.
You will need to have good communication skills, have knowledge of relevant legislation and be willing to work within our policies and procedures.
